Problem

ASEAN BioDiaspora Virtual Center (ABVC) has become an important part of the ASEAN initiative to strengthen health resilience in the ASEAN region, especially in facing threats or diseases that can be transmitted. One of the ABVC projects spearheaded by Indonesia as the leading country is the project "Responding to All Emerging Hazards and Threats." In the project provided by ABVC, it is expected to strengthen preparedness and response to biological threats by enhancing regional capacity in Big Data analysis and visualization to bolster epidemic and pandemic preparedness and response capabilities in ASEAN.

The important role in ABVC by monitoring issues occurring in the ASEAN region and the large amount of issue data (Big Data) necessitates that ABVC has a system that supports health data monitoring or analysis, which can track the spread of infectious diseases in the ASEAN region and provide data visualization that complements ASEAN's current activities and priorities.

Solution

Goodeva is here to integrate big data from various sources to provide a real-time overview of health risks. In this case, Goodeva also assists ABVC in building a Dashboard Automation Data Collection and Visualization platform that can support and facilitate cooperation among Southeast Asian countries to coordinate in preparedness and response efforts in facing pandemics and other health threats.

ABVC can enhance preparedness and response to public health threats in an updated manner with a supporting system, and help ASEAN countries respond more quickly to health threats.

Data visualization in the system will share various information supported by the collaboration of the Bludots platform, the World Health Organization (WHO), Our World in Data (OWID), the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), and other sources to provide data that the public can trust.
